Pediped Size Guide

How to measure your child's feet at home

All you need is a sheet of paper, a pencil and a ruler. It takes about two minutes.

  1. Place the paper on the floor with one short edge touching a wall.
  2. Have your child stand on the paper with their heel against the wall, standing straight with weight on both feet. Toes should be relaxed and flat, not curled.
  3. Hold the pencil upright and mark just in front of the longest toe. (This is not always the big toe.)
  4. Measure from the edge of the paper to the mark in centimetres.
  5. Repeat for the other foot. Use the longer of the two measurements.
  6. Find that foot length in the Measurements table below. If your child is between two sizes, choose the larger size, unless the style tips below say otherwise.
  7. For the most accurate result, measure in the late afternoon, when feet are slightly larger.

Style Tips

Flex® Force come with the Flex Fit System™ where the insoles can reduce a shoe size by almost half a size. Check product pages to see if shoes run large or small.

Pediped suggests ordering Flex® Sahara and Flex® Canyon one EU size down from your child's current size for a comfortable fit.
