How it works

Bring it back

Return your item within 30 days of your order date, in its original packaging, sealed, with all tags still attached.

Choose your exchange

Select a different size, colour, or another item entirely; or opt for store credit to use online or in-store within 3 months.

We take care of the rest

Present your receipt and our team will process your exchange in-store. Courier exchanges are also available for S$5.

Good to know

We do not offer refunds. All exchanges are subject to product availability. If your preferred size or colour is unavailable, you are welcome to exchange for any other full-price item of equivalent value, for example, a toy or clothing in place of footwear.

What can be exchanged

Accepted for exchange

  • Full-price items in original condition
  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • Original tags attached
  • Original packaging, sealed
  • Within 30 days of order date
  • Receipt presented at time of exchange

Cannot be exchanged

  • Sale items
  • Personalised items
  • Pillow sets
  • Innerwear
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Items that have been used, worn or washed

Sale items & gifts

Sale items are final. They cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances. Please note that if a sale item is purchased as a gift, the recipient will not be permitted to exchange it. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet our policy requirements.

Exchange by courier

S$5 delivery fee

Prefer not to come in? We can arrange courier delivery of your replacement item for S$5, once we have received the original item you are returning. Please reach out to us at contact@theellystore.xyz to arrange this.
