How do I create an account?
Create an account with us online here or when you shop at our stores.
How can I earn points?
Sign in to your elly account to start earning points. Please note that purchases made via guest checkout do not earn points.
Spend at our store = 1 point for every $1 spent.
The number of points earned corresponds to the dollars spent. For example, 38 points will be earned for $38.90 spent.
Create an account and complete your profile = 30 points
Refer your friends = 100 points
Like us on Facebook = 10 points
Follow us on Instagram = 10 points
Do points expire?
Points will be automatically added into your account once you have completed any of the above.
All Elly Points have a 6-month expiry period.
The expiry clock resets every time you shop, redeem Elly Points or earn new Elly Points, so staying active keeps your points alive.
Once you have used the points to redeem a reward, that unique coupon code is only valid for 90 days from the date of redemption. It may take up to a couple of minutes for your unique coupon code to be activated in our system.
Can I combine points from multiple accounts into a single account?
Points from different accounts cannot be combined and are non-transferable.
Can I earn points when I purchase elly items from your stockists?
Points can only be earned through direct purchases from our official online store (www.theellystore.xyz) and The Elly Store at #02-43/44 One Holland Village.
Points cannot be earned through purchases from our stockists or popup stores such as Tangs Department Store, Motherswork and Takashimaya Department Store.
Why did I not earn points for my purchase on your online store?
You might have made a purchase under a Guest account. This means you are not yet part of Elly Rewards! Drop us an email at contact@theellystore.xyz with your receipt number and your contact number. We will look into the matter and get back to you.

Try clearing your browser cache and refreshing the page! This usually does the trick!
What can I do with my earned points?
Your points can be redeemed for a variety of exciting rewards. Enjoy discounts off your future purchases or redeem special promotional items. Some rewards may only be available in limited quantities, whilst stocks last.
How can I update my details?
Log into your account to update your details.
How do I claim a reward when I shop in store?
Simply let our team know that you are a member of our rewards programme, and that you would like to claim a reward before you make payment! They will require your email address or handphone number to access your account.
Points redemption cannot be used with any other discount codes on the website and in store.
How do I claim a reward when I shop online?
Redeem your rewards in your account. A unique reward code can be found in the email sent to you when you redeemed your points.
When you are ready to complete the sale, proceed to cart out. At the check out page, enter your unique reward code into the discounts field. Once you have entered and redeemed your unique reward coupon code, the coupon will automatically apply the discount to the sale. Points redemption cannot be used with any other discount codes on the website and in store.
Why hasn’t my friend received my referral?
First, check that you’ve entered the correct contact details.
If everything looks right and your friend still isn’t receiving our email, you can try signing in to your elly account in another browser or in incognito mode, as browser extensions may sometimes prevent the referral from being sent.
An easy alternative is also to copy and paste the referral URL and send it via a DM to your friend!
